With a unique approach to software delivery, Amdaris brings extended teams to build, maintain and improve software applications from its Bristol headquarters and Eastern European delivery centres.

Having proven its capability to execute complex, technical projects, Amdaris inspired confidence that they were the ideal partner to drive the project forwards. Crucially, Amdaris was also able to scale as needed, stepping back and lowering intensity on the project when required.

With the contract signed, Amdaris seamlessly integrated into Robert Walters’ business and culture in order to deliver a solution to their challenge as efficiently and unobtrusively as possible.

Approximately 104 Amdarians were enlisted to support the global organisation, bringing end-to-end expertise for data migration, re-architecture of the agency’s development system and product design — all aligned to the ambition of creating a unique CRM platform.

Amdaris’ expertise and size meant they could provide us with the exact service and expertise we required. We’ve seen 50% of our offices migrate to the new CRM system with the remaining due to go live very soon. We’re continuing to reap the benefits as more of our team are onboarded.
